Pride Prom 2023 FAQ

How much are tickets?
- $15
*if you are unable to afford the admission cost or cost of attire for the event please do the following: Come in person to The Connections Youth Service center at 616 W Grand River Ave, Howell, MI 48843 anytime from 2:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Thursday. Let staff know you are there to fill out a form.

How do I purchase my ticket?

Will there be chaperones there?
- Yes. We will have adult chaperones.

Are we allowed to bring our own masquerade masks?
- Yes! We encourage all those attending to bring a decorated masquerade mask to wear with their attire. No one is required to wear one.

Will there be a dinner?
- There will not be a formal dinner. We will provide drinks along with pizza half way through the event.

Can I arrive late?
- Yes, ticket holders can come anytime between 7:00pm-10:00pm. However, we will not allow readmission during the event.

Are the tickets refundable?
Guests who have paid will be given %100 refund if requested by June 1st. Starting June 2nd, there will be no refunds.

Are there any other events related to Pride Prom?
-Yes!

*The Connection Youth Service center will be hosting a mask decorating event in May. All supplies will be free and all those who attend will leave with their own mask to wear for Pride Prom! This will take place Monday May 22nd from 3:00pm-6:00pm.

*The Connections Youth Service center will be hosting a Pride Prom Pre Party for free! There will be games, snacks and last minute mask decorating (mask availability will be on a first come first serve basis). Click the “Learn More” button below.

Are there any safety precautions being taken for the event?

Safety is always our main concern. At all events we host, safety precautions are being taken. For Pride Prom the following will be the implemented safety precautions:

There will be chaperones inside the event along with at the entry of the event.

To get into the event, guest will come through the main doors and have to provide their ticket to the QFL volunteers in order to get into the room the event is being held.

There will be no re-entry allowed. Once a guest has left, they are not permitted to go back inside.

There will be adult QFL volunteers who will be available to provide escorted walking services to guests vehicles at the end of the event.

My child is a freshman at high school but is only 13, can they still attend?

Yes, if your child is in high school, they may attend.

I do not live in Livingston County, can I still attend?

Yes! Of course!
